2, MOS tube: MOS tube is in high-speed switching state, the voltage stress and current stress are high, the heat caused by the loss will also lead to accelerated aging of the MOS tube, and when the external high-voltage interference is large, the MOS tube is easily broken down. ;


3. Diode: The diode mainly bears two major electrical stresses, including reverse withstand voltage and forward current. The life cycle of the switching power supply is improved. In addition to controlling the R&D and production, it is also necessary to pay attention to the actual use of the power supply, such as work. Temperature, humidity, etc., are not explained here.
