If it is not properly selected, LED fluorescent lamp can not play the best performance, and even can not be used normally. In the process of cooperation with customers, we found some misunderstandings. 0-10v dimming power supply manufacturers need to pay attention to the selection of LED fluorescent lamp power supply.
1. Why must constant current: The characteristics of LED semiconductors determine that they are greatly affected by the environment. For example, if the temperature changes, the current of the LED increases, and the voltage increases, and the current of the LED also increases. Long-term operation beyond the rated current will greatly shorten the service life of the LED. The LED constant current is to ensure that its operating current does not change when environmental factors such as temperature and voltage change.
2. LED fluorescent lamp power supply and light board matching: Some customers first design the light board, then find the power supply, find that it is difficult to have a suitable power supply, or the current is too large, the voltage is too small; or the current is too small, the voltage is too high, resulting in The result is severe heat generation, low efficiency, or insufficient input voltage range. In fact, choose the best string parallel connection method, the voltage and current applied to each LED are the same, and the power supply can achieve the best performance. The best way is to first communicate with the power supply manufacturer and tailor it.
3. Isolation/non-isolation: The power supply from the fluorescent lamp can easily judge the positioning and market of this product. Consumers in the domestic market and some underdeveloped regions have lower requirements. Generally, non-isolated power supplies are used, which is relatively cheap in terms of price. Because the cost is very low, the quality is not guaranteed, mainly in terms of safety and electromagnetic interference. Isolated power supply is more comprehensive in design considerations, and various performance indicators are more excellent, but the price is relatively expensive, and it will be used in Europe and America. Of course, the European and American markets are actually the largest and most attractive market.
